Car
If you are already within Table Rock State Park, locate the main park road, Table Rock Road. Follow this road until you reach the Campground entrance. The campground is situated near the end of the road, approximately 1.5 miles from the entrance of the park. Look for signage indicating 'Campground Loop A' as you approach; the loop is clearly marked. There is no parking fee for visitors accessing the campground.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you will need to take a bus to the nearest town, Pickens, SC. From there, you can use a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach Table Rock State Park. The rideshare will take you to the main park entrance. After entering the park, follow Table Rock Road directly to the campground, which is approximately 1.5 miles ahead. Confirm with the rideshare driver to drop you off at 'Campground Loop A' for easy access.
Walking (from park facilities)
If you are staying in one of the park's cabins or lodges, you can walk to Campground Loop A. Start by heading towards Table Rock Road. Once on Table Rock Road, head south for about 1.5 miles. The Campground Loop A will be on your left. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the walk can be quite scenic but may involve some uneven terrain.
