From Big Sioux Recreation Area, head east on SD-34 E for about 12 miles. You will reach the intersection with I-229 N. Merge onto I-229 N and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 8 for 26th St. Turn right onto 26th St and follow it for about 2 miles. Turn left onto S Perry Pl, and the Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum will be on your right at 1900 S Perry Pl, Sioux Falls, SD 57110. There is no admission fee for the arboretum.

If you are using public transportation, you will need to first take a bus from the nearest bus stop in Big Sioux Recreation Area to the Sioux Falls city center.
