    From Lake Francis Case, head east on SD-34 E towards Chamberlain. Continue for about 17 miles until you reach the I-90 interchange. Merge onto I-90 W towards Rapid City. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 265 for Chamberlain. The Chamberlain Lewis & Clark Welcome Center & Rest Area will be on your right as you enter Chamberlain, located directly off the interstate.
