Car
If you are driving from Spearfish Canyon, start on US-14A W (the main road through the canyon). Continue for about 18 miles until you reach the junction with WY-24. Turn left onto WY-24 and follow it for approximately 7 miles. You will see signs for Beulah, WY. Once you reach Beulah, the Cement Ridge Lookout is located just outside the main town area. Look for a dirt road leading up the ridge, which will take you directly to the lookout point.

To reach Cement Ridge Lookout via public transport, take a bus or shuttle service from Spearfish Canyon to Beulah, WY. The nearest bus stop is at the Spearfish Visitor Center. Check the local schedule for services that operate towards Beulah. Once you arrive in Beulah, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the base of the road leading up to Cement Ridge Lookout. Be advised that public transport may have limited schedules, so plan your return accordingly.
