Car
If you are driving, start on the main coastal road, Dongbaek-ro. Follow the signs for Yeongdo and continue until you reach the bridge to Yeongdo Island. After crossing the bridge, keep straight on Yeongdo-daero. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto Jeonmang-ro. Tejongsa Buddhist Temple will be on your right at 119 Jeonmang-ro, Yeongdo-gu, Busan. Parking may be available nearby, but check local signs for regulations.

Public Transportation
To reach Tejongsa Temple by public transportation, take Busan Metro Line 1 and get off at Jagalchi Station. From there, transfer to Bus No. 88 or 101 at the bus stop outside the station. The bus ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Get off at the 'Tejongsa Temple' stop, and the temple will be a short walk from there, located at 119 Jeonmang-ro. Be sure to have some change or a transportation card ready for the bus fare, which is around 1,200 KRW.
