For public transportation, take the Busan Subway Line 1 to Nampo Station. From Nampo Station, exit and take Bus 88 or 101 towards Yeongdo. Get off at the Dongsam-dong stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk up the hill to the observatory. Be aware that the bus fare is approximately 1,250 KRW. Alternatively, if you prefer to walk, you can take the scenic route along the coast which takes around 30-40 minutes.
