After approximately 20 kilometers, take the exit towards Sacheonjin Beach. Follow the signs for Jillihaebyeon-gil, and you will reach the beach at 131 Jillihaebyeon-gil. There is parking available near the beach, which may incur a small fee.

To reach Sacheonjin Beach by public transport, make your way to Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal. From there, take Bus No. 202 or 203 towards Sacheon. The journey takes about 40 minutes, and the fare is approximately 1,200 KRW. Get off at the 'Sacheonjin Beach' stop. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the beach entrance.

For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from anywhere within Gangneung. This option is more expensive, with fares ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 KRW depending on your starting point.
