Car
If you are driving from a central location in the Gwandong Region, head towards the Gwangju-Jeonju Expressway (Route 25). Follow the signs for Jeonju and merge onto the expressway. Continue on the expressway for approximately 40 km. Take the exit toward Sunchang-gun and merge onto Route 19. Follow Route 19 for about 15 km, and then turn onto Tanggok-ri. The park entrance will be well marked from this point.

To reach Mount Naejang National Park using public transport, take an intercity bus from Gwangju Bus Terminal to Sunchang. The bus ride will take around 1 hour and costs approximately 6,000 KRW. Once you arrive at Sunchang, you will need to transfer to a local bus or taxi to the park. Local buses (No. 300) operate frequently to the park, and the fare is about 2,000 KRW. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes.
