If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Gwangju. Head southeast on Geumnam-ro (금남로) toward Yangdong (양동). After approximately 2 km, merge onto the Gwangju Beltway (광주순환도로) and continue for about 5 km. Take exit 5 toward Sajik-dong (사직동). Continue straight for about 1 km, and you will see signs for Sajik Park. Follow the signs to Sajik Park and park in the designated parking area. The observatory is a short walk from the parking lot.

For those using public transportation, take Line 1 of the Gwangju Metro towards Daein Market (대인시장). Get off at the Sajik Park Station (사직공원역). From the station, exit and walk about 15 minutes to Sajik Park Observatory. Follow the signs or use a navigation app to guide you through the park area towards the observatory.
