If you are in Dong-gu and close to the Gwangju City Hall, begin your journey by heading south towards the main street. When you reach the intersection, look for the bus stop nearby. From this point, you can take bus number 49, which will take you towards 남구 (Nam-gu).

Board bus number 49 and ride it for approximately 15-20 minutes. You will want to get off at the '백서로70번길' stop. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time, as there may be intervals depending on the time of day. The bus fare is generally around 1,200 KRW.

After getting off at the '백서로70번길' stop, head east along 백서로70번길 (Baekseo-ro 70-gil). Continue walking straight for about 300 meters. You will see 오웬기념각 on your left-hand side, located at 6 백서로70번길. Look for the sign indicating the entrance.
