Take the Gwangju Subway Line 1 from Gwangju Station toward Seogwangju Station. Transfer at Seogwangju Station to Bus No. 31 or 32. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes and disembark at the Jeungsimsa Temple stop (Jeungsimsa-gil). A short walk from there will lead you to the temple entrance.
