If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards Seoul from your location in Gyeonggi Province. Use a navigation app and input 'Namsan, Seoul' as your destination. The most common route is via the Gyeongin Expressway (Route 1) or the Seoul Ring Expressway (Route 100). Once you reach the city, follow the signs to Namsan Park. Parking is available near the base of Namsan; expect to pay around 2,000 KRW for the first hour and 1,000 KRW for each additional 30 minutes.

Public Transportation
To reach Seoul City Wall using public transportation, first find a nearby subway station in Gyeonggi Province. Take Line 1 (the blue line) or Line 4 (the light blue line) to Seoul Station. From Seoul Station, transfer to Line 4 and travel to Myeongdong Station. Once you arrive at Myeongdong Station, take Exit 6. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Namsan Park entrance. Note that there is a small entrance fee for the park, around 1,000 KRW.

For a more convenient option, consider taking a taxi directly to Namsan, Seoul. Simply provide the driver with the destination 'Namsan, Seoul'. The fare will vary based on your starting location in Gyeonggi Province but expect to pay somewhere between 30,000 to 60,000 KRW depending on traffic and distance. Taxis can drop you off at the base of Namsan, where you can begin your ascent to the wall.
