Continue on Route 3 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the town of Yeongbuk-myeon. Look for signs directing you to Munam-ri and follow them. The Korean War Thai Soldier Monument is located in Munam-ri, Yeongbuk-myeon, Pocheon-si. There is free parking available nearby.
