Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Gyeongju Station, exit the station and head southeast on the main road (Dongbu-daero) for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Historic Site of Ancient Tombs. Turn left onto this road and walk for about 500 meters. You will see signs directing you to the Tomb of King Heondeok. The tomb is located at 80 Dongcheon-dong, and you can follow the signs to reach the entrance.

  • Public Bus

    From Gyeongju Station, take Bus No. 10 or 11. The bus stop is just outside the station. Ride the bus for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the Dongcheon-dong stop. After getting off, walk straight down Dongcheon-dong for about 300 meters, and you will see the Tomb of King Heondeok on your left. The entrance is well-marked.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to rent a bicycle, head to one of the bike rental stations near Gyeongju Station. Once you have your bike, ride southeast on Dongbu-daero for about 1.5 kilometers. Then turn left onto the road leading to the Historic Site of Ancient Tombs and continue for another 500 meters. The Tomb of King Heondeok will be on your left-hand side, easily accessible by bike.
