If you are in the Gyeongju city center, start at the Gyeongju World Culture Expo Park. From there, walk towards the west on Expo-ro for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Dongbu-ro. Turn left onto Dongbu-ro and continue for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for the Tomb of King Sinmun. The tomb is located on your right at 453-1 Baeban-dong. It should take around 30–40 minutes of walking.

From Gyeongju Bus Terminal, take bus number 10 or 11. These buses frequently run towards the area near the Tomb of King Sinmun. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Gyeongju National Museum' stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk. Head east on the road and turn left at the first intersection onto Baeban-dong. The tomb will be located on your left at 453-1 Baeban-dong.

If you have access to a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Gyeongju. Start at the Gyeongju World Culture Expo Park, cycling west on Expo-ro. After about 800 meters, turn left onto Dongbu-ro.
