If you are driving, start by entering the nearest expressway that connects to Jeollabuk-do. The most common route is to take the Honam Expressway (Expressway 25). After entering the expressway, continue until you reach the Sunchang exit (Exit 6). Once you exit, follow the signs towards Sunchang-gun. You will need to drive for approximately 10 kilometers. As you approach Sunchang-gun, follow the signs directing you to Mount Naejang National Park. The park entrance is located at 124-6 Tanggok-ri, Ssangchi-myeon, Sunchang-gun. Parking is available at the park entrance, usually costing around 3,000 KRW.

Public Transportation
To reach Mount Naejang National Park via public transportation, take an intercity bus from your current location in the Honam Region to Sunchang. Buses frequently depart from major cities like Gwangju and Jeonju. Once you arrive at the Sunchang bus terminal, you can take a local bus or taxi to the park. The local bus will take you directly to the park entrance. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time, as they may vary. The bus fare will typically be around 1,500 KRW. If you choose to take a taxi, it will cost approximately 10,000 KRW from the bus terminal to the park.
