    If you're driving from Gwangju, take National Route 1 towards Mokpo. Follow the signs to Yeongam, then turn onto Cheonhwangsa-ro. Wolchulsan National Park is located at 280-43 Cheonhwangsa-ro, Yeongam-eup, Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do. There is ample parking available near the entrance. Expect to pay around 2,000 KRW for parking.

  • Public Transportation

    From Gwangju, take a bus from Gwangju Bus Terminal to Yeongam. The bus ride takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 6,000 KRW. Once you arrive at Yeongam Bus Terminal, take a local taxi to Wolchulsan National Park, which is about a 20-minute drive. Taxi fares should cost around 15,000 KRW.

  • Combination of Public Transport and Hiking

    From Mokpo, take a bus to Yeongam. After arriving at Yeongam Bus Terminal, you can also opt to take a taxi as mentioned earlier. Alternatively, if you're feeling adventurous and the weather is nice, consider walking to the park from Yeongam Terminal, which will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
