From Jeju City Hall, walk to the nearest bus stop (Jeju City Hall Bus Stop). Take the bus number 100 towards Aewol. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Gwakji Beach bus stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Gwakji Beach. Just follow the signs towards the beach, and you will see the beautiful shoreline.

You can easily find a taxi in Jeju City. Just tell the driver 'Gwakji Beach' in Korean (곽지해수욕장) or show them the address: Gwakji-ri, Aewol-eup, Jeju-si. The taxi ride will take around 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic. This is a convenient option if you prefer a direct route to the beach.

If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a public bicycle available around Jeju City. First, find a rental station near the city center.
