From Jeju City, you can take Bus 100, which departs from the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride for about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Gwakji-ri' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the Handam Coastal Walk. Head west on the main road until you reach Gwakji Beach, and follow the pathway along the coast.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City. Inform the driver that you want to go to 'Handam Coastal Walk' at 1359 Gwakji-ri, Aewol-eup. The taxi ride will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to have the address or the name of the location written down, as not all drivers may speak English.

Bicycle
For the more adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Jeju City. Head towards the coastal bike paths, which can be accessed via the Jeju Coastal Road. Follow the signs towards Aewol-eup. The ride will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your pace. Once you reach Gwakji-ri, you can easily find the entrance to Handam Coastal Walk along the coast.
