From Jeju City Hall, take bus number 100 or 200 heading towards Jocheon. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Seongyo-ro' stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes northeast along Seongyo-ro until you reach the Jeju Light Art Festa located at Seongyo-ro 115-1.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City. Simply tell the driver 'Jeju Light Art Festa' or show them the address: 'Jocheon-eup, Seongyo-ro, 115-1'. The journey will take around 20 minutes depending on traffic.

For an adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle. You can rent a bike from various rental shops around Jeju City. Head towards the coast and follow the cycle paths to Jocheon. The ride will take roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes, so be prepared to enjoy some scenic views along the way.

If you are near the Jocheon area, you can walk to the Jeju Light Art Festa. Starting from Jocheon Beach, head west on Jocheon-ro for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Seongyo-ro. Turn left, and the festival will be a short walk ahead on your right at Seongyo-ro 115-1.
