From Jeju City Hall, take bus number 100 or 200 heading towards Jocheon. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Seongyo-ro' stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes northeast along Seongyo-ro until you reach the Jeju Light Art Festa located at Seongyo-ro 115-1.
