Car
If you are driving, start from Jeju City. Take Route 113 towards Seogwipo and follow the signs for Hallasan Mountain. When you reach the intersection at Jeju National Museum, turn onto Route 97. Continue straight for approximately 12 kilometers. You will see signs for Jeojioreum. Park your car at the designated parking area near the base of the mountain. The trailhead will be clearly marked.

Public Transportation
To use public transportation, take Bus 780 from Jeju City (the bus terminal is located near the main shopping area). The bus runs every 30 minutes and the fare is approximately 2,500 KRW. Get off at the stop for Hallasan National Park. From the bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to reach the trailhead of Jeojioreum. Look for directional signs that will guide you to the entrance of the trail.

For a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City to Jeojioreum. The taxi fare will vary depending on your starting location but expect to pay around 20,000 - 30,000 KRW for the trip. Ensure the driver is familiar with Jeojioreum as it is a well-known location. Most taxis in Jeju accept cash, so be prepared to pay in Korean won.
