If you're traveling by car, start by heading south from Jeju City on Route 1132. Follow the signs directing you toward Seogwipo. Continue on Route 1132 until you reach the intersection with Route 50. Take a left onto Route 50 and continue straight. After approximately 20 minutes, you will see signs for Seobok Park on your left. The park is located at Chilsimni-ro, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do. Parking is available on-site, and it's free of charge.

To reach Seobok Park using public transportation, first make your way to the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal in Jeju City. From there, take a bus heading to Seogwipo. Look for buses numbered 600 or 780, which run frequently throughout the day. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Seogwipo, you can either walk to Seobok Park, which is about a 25-minute walk from the bus terminal, or you can catch a local taxi for around 5,000 KRW, which will take about 10 minutes.
