Getting There

  • Walking

    From Pungnammun Gate, head south towards the intersection at Jeonju Hanok Village. Continue straight along the main road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Sori-ro, turn left. Continue for about 700 meters until you see the entrance to Jeonju Zoo on your right.

  • Public Bus

    From Pungnammun Gate, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Jeonju Hanok Village. Take bus number 55, which operates frequently throughout the day. The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Jeonju Zoo stop. After you exit the bus, you will see the zoo entrance directly in front of you. The bus fare is around 1,200 KRW.

  • Bicycle Rental

    If you're interested in cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Pungnammun Gate. Follow the bike paths towards Deokjin Park and continue towards Sori-ro. The ride to Jeonju Zoo will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach Sori-ro, look for the zoo entrance on your left. Be sure to return the bicycle at the rental shop after your visit.
