Car
If you are driving, start from the Jirisan National Park entrance. Take the main road towards Gurye-gun and follow the signs for Masan-myeon. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the intersection near Hwangjeon-ri. Turn left at the intersection, and continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Gakhwangjeon Hall, located at 12 Hwangjeon-ri, Gurye-gun, Jeollanam-do. There is parking available near the hall.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from the Jirisan National Park Visitor Center to Gurye. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Gurye, transfer to a local bus heading towards Masan-myeon. Get off at the Hwangjeon-ri stop, which is a short walk from Gakhwangjeon Hall. The total cost of the bus fare is approximately 3,000 KRW for the first leg and 1,500 KRW for the second leg.

If you are already in the vicinity of the Jirisan trails, you can hike towards Gakhwangjeon Hall. The trail from the nearest hiking point to Gakhwangjeon Hall is well-marked and takes about 1.5 hours on foot. Be sure to carry enough water and snacks for the hike, as there are no facilities along the trail.
