To reach Jirisan National Park from Muju Ski Resort by car, head south on Route 20 from Muju Ski Resort. Continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 3. Take the exit for Route 3 towards Hadong and follow this road for about 22 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Jirisan National Park, and turn onto the local roads leading into the park area. The total driving time should take roughly 1 hour. Make sure to check for parking fees at the park entrance, which may vary depending on the season.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, start at Muju Ski Resort bus stop. Take a local bus towards Jeonju or Hadong. Buses to Hadong run regularly throughout the day. Once you arrive at Hadong Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus heading to Jirisan National Park. The bus ride from Hadong to the park will take about 30 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return times, as services can be limited in the late afternoon. The total travel time by public transport may take around 2 to 2.5 hours, including transfer times.
