Getting There

  • Car

    From Naejangsan National Park, head north on National Route 1. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for National Route 21. Turn left onto National Route 21 and follow the signs for Boeun. Continue on National Route 21 for about 35 kilometers, then take the exit towards Beopjusa-ro. Follow Beopjusa-ro for approximately 10 kilometers until you arrive at Songnisan National Park, specifically at Beopjusa Temple, located at 84 Beopjusa-ro.

    To reach Songnisan National Park from Naejangsan National Park using public transportation, first, you will need to take a bus to Jeongeup Bus Terminal. From Naejangsan, head to the nearest bus stop and board a bus to Jeongeup (the fare is around 2,500 KRW). Once you arrive at Jeongeup Bus Terminal, transfer to an intercity bus heading to Boeun. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and cost around 7,500 KRW. Once you arrive at Boeun, you can take a local taxi or check for local buses heading towards Songnisan National Park, which is about 20 kilometers away.
