If you're driving, head towards Gimje-si. From Jeonju, take Route 1 south towards Gimje. Once you reach Gimje, look for signs to Geumsan-myeon. Continue on the local roads until you reach 39 Geumsan-ri, Geumsan-myeon. There is parking available at Geumsansa.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Jeonju, take a bus to Gimje. Buses to Gimje can be found at Jeonju Bus Terminal. The ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes and costs around 3,000 KRW. Upon arriving at Gimje Bus Terminal, transfer to a local bus heading towards Geumsan-myeon. Ensure to check the bus schedule, as local buses may have limited service. The local bus will take you directly to Geumsansa, which is located at 39 Geumsan-ri.

You can also take a train from Jeonju Station to Gimje Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at Gimje Station, take a taxi (approximately 15 minutes and costing around 10,000 KRW) or a local bus to Geumsansa at 39 Geumsan-ri. Make sure to confirm the bus schedule and routes at the station.
