Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Seoraksan National Park. Navigate to the road leading towards Sokcho. Continue on National Route 46 for approximately 12 kilometers (about 20 minutes). As you approach Sokcho, look for signs directing you to Daepo-dong. Turn onto Daepo-dong and continue until you reach the address 178-9 Daepo-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do. There is parking available near Seorak Sunrise Park.

Public Transportation
To reach Seorak Sunrise Park using public transportation, first head to the Seoraksan National Park Entrance. From there, take a local bus (Bus No. 7 or 7-1) to Sokcho. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Sokcho, transfer to a local taxi or another bus that goes to Daepo-dong. Inform the driver that you want to go to Seorak Sunrise Park at 178-9 Daepo-dong. This taxi ride should take about 10 minutes. The total cost for the bus is around 1,300 KRW, and the taxi fare will vary but is typically around 5,000-10,000 KRW.
