To get to Yanghwa Hangang Riverside Park using the subway, first locate the nearest subway station. If you're near Seoul Station, take Line 1 (the blue line) towards Incheon. After 6 stops, get off at Yeongdeungpo Station. From there, transfer to Line 5 (the purple line) and head towards Banghwa Station. After 4 stops, get off at the Yanghwa Station. Once you exit the station, take Exit 1. You will see a sign directing you to the Hangang River; follow the path towards the river. The park entrance will be ahead.
