If you are near a subway station, take Line 5 (the Olive Line) and head towards Banghwa Station. Get off at Yeouinaru Station (역) and take Exit 1. After exiting, walk straight for about 10 minutes along the riverside path until you reach Yeouiseo-ro, which is a scenic road along the Han River.

Find the nearest bus stop and take Bus 5615 or Bus 5713. Both buses will take you to the Yeouido area. Get off at the stop 'Yeouiseo-ro'(여의서로) and from there, it's just a short walk to the scenic road along the Han River. Follow the signs for Yeouiseo-ro.
