If you're starting from Seoul Station, take Line 4 (the light blue line) towards Danggogae. After 2 stops, get off at Hoehyeon Station. Use Exit 1 and walk straight for about 200 meters. You will find the Samsuni Stairs on your left.

From Myeongdong, catch bus number 421 or 406 at the Myeongdong Station bus stop. Alight at Hoehyeon Station. Walk about 5 minutes in the direction of the stairs, and you will see them on your left side.
