Getting There

Subway
If you are starting from Suwon Station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Seoul Station. Stay on the train for approximately 30 minutes and get off at City Hall Station. Once you exit the station, take Exit 1. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection, then turn right onto Sejong-daero. Continue walking for another 200 meters, and you will see Deoksugung Palace on your left.

From Suwon, head to the Suwon Bus Terminal and take bus number 3000, which goes directly to Seoul. The bus ride will take around 1 hour. Get off at the 'City Hall' stop. After disembarking, walk straight towards the City Hall building, then take a left at Sejong-daero. Walk about 200 meters, and Deoksugung Palace will be on your left.
