From anywhere in Gyeonggi Province, head towards Seoul. Use the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) which connects Gyeonggi to the heart of Seoul. Once you reach the city, take the exit toward Sejong-daero (Sejong Road). Continue straight until you reach Deoksugung-gil. The Jeongdong Observatory is located at 15 Deoksugung-gil, Jung District, Seoul. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared to find street parking or use a public parking lot.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, start by finding the nearest subway station. Take Line 1 (the Blue Line) to Seoul Station. From Seoul Station, transfer to Line 2 (the Green Line) and travel towards City Hall Station. Once you arrive at City Hall Station, take Exit 2. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find Deoksugung-gil. The Jeongdong Observatory is located at 15 Deoksugung-gil, Jung District, Seoul. Follow the signs to the observatory once you reach the street.

To reach Jeongdong Observatory by bus, find a bus stop that services routes to Seoul. Take buses such as 100, 150, or 162 that head towards City Hall. Get off at the City Hall stop. From there, walk towards Deoksugung-gil, which is about a 10-minute walk. The observatory is at 15 Deoksugung-gil, Jung District, Seoul.
