Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are near Suwon Station, exit the station and head southeast on Jeongjo-ro. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Paldal-ro. Turn left onto Paldal-ro and continue straight for another 400 meters. You will see Hwaseong Haenggung on your right at 825 Jeongjo-ro. Look for the large gate entrance.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    From Suwon Station, you can take Bus 11 or 13. Head to the bus stop in front of the station and board either bus heading towards Paldal-gu. The ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the Hwaseong Haenggung stop. After getting off, walk a short distance down Jeongjo-ro, and you will see the entrance to Hwaseong Haenggung on your left.

  • Public Transportation (Subway)

    If you are near the Suwon subway station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) and travel to the Suwon City Hall Station. Once you arrive, exit the station and head south on Jeongjo-ro. Walk for about 15 minutes, and you will reach Hwaseong Haenggung at 825 Jeongjo-ro. The entrance will be on your right.
