    If you are in the center of Suwon, start by heading towards the Suwon Station. From the station, walk straight out of the main exit and continue straight down the road. You will come to a large intersection. Turn left at this intersection onto the road heading towards Hwaseong Fortress. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes, and you will see the entrance to Suwon Fortress Hwaseong on your right.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From Suwon Station, you can take bus number 5 or 7. Board the bus at the designated bus stop outside the station. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the 'Hwaseong Fortress' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will see the fortress entrance just a short walk ahead.

  • Public Transport (Subway)

    If you are near Suwon Station, take Line 1 of the Seoul Metro towards Incheon. Travel two stops and get off at 'Suwon' station. From there, take exit 2, and walk straight down the road for about 15 minutes until you reach the fortress. You will see the entrance to Suwon Fortress Hwaseong on your right.
