From Alicante, head to the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Alicante) located at Avenida de Salamanca, 1. Take the bus to Castalla, which departs regularly. The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Castalla bus station, exit and head towards C. Carril de la Sang. The castle is about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. Follow the signs towards the town center, and you will see signs directing you to the castle.

Start at Alicante's main train station (Estación de Renfe Alicante) located at Avenida de Salamanca. Take a train towards the nearest station to Castalla, which is usually Ibi or Onil. After reaching either Ibi or Onil, transfer to a local bus that goes to Castalla. The total travel time may be around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Castalla, follow the same walking directions to reach C. Carril de la Sang where the castle is located.

If you prefer a direct route without public transport, you can take a taxi from Alicante directly to the castle in Castalla. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at C. Carril de la Sang, 1, 03420 Castalla. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

For the more adventurous, you can walk to a nearby tram stop (such as 'Marq-Castillo') and take the tram towards 'Luceros'. From Luceros, transfer to a bus that heads to Castalla. Once you arrive in Castalla, follow the aforementioned walking directions to get to the castle.
