Getting There

  • Walking

    From Playa del Postiguet, head northeast towards the beachfront promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Estación. Turn left onto Avenida de la Estación and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Universidad. Turn right onto Calle de la Universidad, and then continue straight until you reach the Castillo de Santa Bárbara. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

    From Playa del Postiguet, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenida de la Constitución. Take the bus line 21 towards 'Castillo de Santa Bárbara.' Get off at the 'Castillo de Santa Bárbara' stop, and you will be just a short walk away from the castle entrance.
