From the center of Alicante, head to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Alicante. You can reach there by taking Tram Line 1 from Luceros station to the Mercado station. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for the bus heading to Torrevieja. The journey takes about 50 minutes. After arriving at the Torrevieja bus station, exit the station and walk towards Ctra. Nacional. The Parc Natural de Las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja is approximately 3 km away; you can walk or take a taxi from there.

Start your journey at the Alicante Train Station (Estación de Renfe). Take a train towards Orihuela and get off at the Torrevieja station. From the Torrevieja train station, take a local bus (Line 1) that goes to the Parc Natural de Las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the park.
