Evening Spanish Tapas Cooking Class with Live Guitar Music

Tasty fun evening

Great evening of cooking and eating. My husband and I learned to cook tapas with Fred our guide and translator(with perfect english). Also the professional chef who showed us what to do. Both were professional, well organised and very friendly. We made 6 different tapas, we got to be hands in the whole way. We learnt a lot of the history of the tapas and Spanish history along the way. We then got to eat them with a Sangria. They were all delicious. The secreto of pork was my favourite. A lovely way to spend an evening.

Excellent Experience

We loved this experience. It was interesting and informative. Marina met us at the market where we shopped for ingredients. We then walked to the tasting club where we prepared snacks and cooked a wonderful Arroz Alicantino washed down with a lovely white wine. We were the only 2 people on the course that day but we were made to feel very welcome and extremely relaxed. Marina is a credit to the company, she is friendly, knowledgeable and her English is impeccable. She also gave us lots of recommendations and advice for whilst we are in the Alicante area. 10/10 experience and we will have no hesitation in booking another experience with The Tasting Club when we are back in the area.
