Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Plaza de España, which is a central location, simply head towards the east side of the square. Exit the plaza and walk straight towards the Calle José Rebollo. Continue straight for about 150 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle San Juan. Turn left onto Calle San Juan and walk for another 100 meters. The cathedral will be on your right at Pl. España, 1.

    From the Badajoz bus station, you can catch Bus Line 1 towards 'La Universidad'. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop 'Plaza de España'. Once you disembark, the Badajoz Cathedral is just a short walk away. Head east from the plaza, then turn left onto Calle San Juan and the cathedral will be on your right at Pl. España, 1.
