If you are traveling by car, use the following directions: From Bilbao, take the AP-68 motorway towards Vitoria-Gasteiz. After approximately 60 km, take exit 22 towards Vitoria-Gasteiz. Continue on the A-1 road and follow the signs for the city center. Once you reach the city, navigate to Espainia Plaza, where Vitoria City Hall is located at Espainia Pl., 1, 01001 Gasteiz, Araba. There is limited street parking near the City Hall, so be prepared to park in a nearby public parking facility, which may incur a fee (approximately €1.50 per hour).
