If you are starting from the Abando train station, exit the station and head northeast on Calle de Bailén. Continue straight for about 700 meters until you reach Plaza de Bizkaia. From there, take a left onto Calle de Diputación. Walk down this street for approximately 400 meters. The Monumento a John Adams will be located on your right at Diputazio Kalea, 8.

From the Abando train station, walk to the nearby tram stop at Abando. Take the tram Line 1 in the direction of Etxebarri. Get off at the next stop, which is San Mamés. From San Mamés, it's a short 15-minute walk. Exit the tram station and head north on Avenida de José Antonio Agirre, then turn right onto Calle de Diputación, walking approximately 600 meters until you see the monument on your right at Diputazio Kalea, 8.

From the Abando area, find the nearest bus stop, which is located on Gran Vía. Take Bus Line 56 towards Artxanda. After about 5 minutes, get off at the stop called Diputación.
