If you are starting from the Guggenheim Museum, exit the museum and head south towards Avenida Abandoibarra. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Independencia. From Plaza Moyúa, take the exit towards Gran Vía and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de Licenciado Pozas. Turn right onto Calle de Licenciado Pozas and walk straight until you reach the river. You'll see the sculpture 'Tall Tree And The Eye' located on Ingelesen Landako Kaia, right by the river.
