If you're near the downtown area, head to the Abando Metro Station. From there, take Line 1 (the Green Line) towards Plentzia. Get off at the next stop, which is Casco Viejo. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Old Town (Casco Viejo). Walk straight on Calle de las Cortes until you reach the Plaza Nueva. From there, continue walking towards the river until you see the Areatzako Zubia bridge.
