If you're traveling by car, head towards Monistrol de Montserrat in the province of Barcelona. From the AP-7 motorway, take exit 28 towards Manresa and follow the C-55 road. Continue on the C-55 until you see signs for Monistrol de Montserrat. Once in Monistrol, follow the signs for 'Cremallera de Montserrat' which will lead you directly to the parking area near the train station. Parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with some cash or a card.

To reach Cremallera de Montserrat using public transportation, take a train from Barcelona to Monistrol de Montserrat. You can catch a train from either Plaça Espanya or Sants stations in Barcelona. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Monistrol de Montserrat station, follow the signs to the Cremallera de Montserrat station which is a short walk away. The Cremallera train ticket will cost approximately €16 for a round trip.
