Getting There

• By Car

  If you're traveling by car, make your way to the AP-7 motorway, which runs along the Costa Brava. From the AP-7, take exit 6 towards La Bisbal d'Empordà (C-66). Continue on the C-66 until you reach the sign for Peratallada. Follow the signs, and you'll arrive in approximately 30 minutes from most coastal towns. Once in Peratallada, you can park at designated parking areas located just outside the village center, as the streets are narrow and often pedestrianized.

• By Public Transportation

  To reach Peratallada via public transportation, first take a bus from your location in Costa Brava to La Bisbal d'Empordà. Numerous bus services operate along the coast, so check schedules for your nearest town. Once you arrive at the La Bisbal bus station, transfer to a local bus that services Peratallada. The local bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Be sure to check the return schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially in the evening.

• Combination of Train and Bus

  For those coming from further afield, take a train to Girona. From Girona, head to the bus station, which is adjacent to the train station. Look for a bus that heads to La Bisbal d'Empordà. Once you arrive in La Bisbal, switch to a local bus to Peratallada. This route may take longer but offers beautiful views of the countryside. Be sure to check train and bus schedules ahead of time, as they can vary.
