Bus
From Cuenca, head to the main bus station, Terminal Terrestre de Cuenca. Look for buses heading to Guapán. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Guapán, disembark at the main stop. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex, which is about 15 minutes away.
Taxi
If you prefer a direct route, you can take a taxi from your current location in Cuenca. Simply ask the driver to take you to the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex. The journey will take about 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are close to the center of Cuenca and feel adventurous, you can walk to a nearby bus station to catch a bus to Guapán. Once you reach Guapán, walk towards the main road and follow the signs towards the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex. It is approximately a 1.5 km walk from the bus stop to the complex, so be prepared for a bit of a hike.
