From the bus station in L'Escala, head southeast on Carrer de la Ctra. de Sant Pere towards Carrer de la Ctra. de la Platja. Turn right onto Carrer de la Platja and then left onto Carrer de la Ctra. de la Mar. Continue straight until you reach the coastal path. Follow the path towards Illa Mateua, which will lead you to the island. The walk should take about 20-30 minutes.
