Walking
From the center of Realejo-San Matías, head towards Plaza Nueva. You can walk along Calle de las Torres and then turn left onto Calle del Aljibe del Trillo. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Nueva. From Plaza Nueva, take the stairs leading up to Calle Gran Via de Colón. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Paseo del Violón. Turn right onto Paseo del Violón and follow the path, which will lead you toward the Alhambra. As you approach the Alhambra complex, continue past the entrance and follow the signs to the Palace of Charles V, which is located within the grounds of the Alhambra.

Public Transport
If you prefer public transport, start by walking to the nearest bus stop in Realejo-San Matías. Take bus line C1 or C2 towards 'Alhambra'. The bus will take you closer to the Alhambra entrance. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs toward the Palace of Charles V, which is within the Alhambra complex. Please check for the current bus schedule as frequencies may vary. A single bus fare costs around €1.40.

Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle. There are rental shops in Realejo-San Matías. Once you have a bike, cycle toward Paseo del Violón, which is a pleasant route leading to the Alhambra. Follow the cycling paths to the Alhambra entrance, where you can park your bike.
