Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the Tribunal Metro Station, take Line 1 (the light blue line) in the direction of Valdecarros. Get off at the next stop, which is Chueca. From Chueca, transfer to Line 5 (the green line) and travel towards Casa de Campo. Get off at the next stop, which is Gran Vía. From Gran Vía, exit the station and walk towards Calle de Preciados. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de Callao. From there, head towards Calle de la Montera and then turn left onto Calle del León. Casa de Cervantes will be on your left at C. del León, 7.

  • Bus

    If you're near the Plaza de Cibeles, take Bus Number 27 towards Cuatro Caminos. Get off at the stop called 'Calle de Vallehermoso - Plaza de España'. From there, walk towards the direction of Plaza de España and take the Metro Line 10 (the dark blue line) towards Puerta del Sur. Change at the next stop, which is Plaza de España. From there, take Line 3 (the light green line) towards Villaverde Alto and get off at the stop 'Callao'. Walk towards Calle de Preciados, then take a left onto Calle del León. Casa de Cervantes will be located at C. del León, 7 on your left.

    If you are already in central Madrid, you can easily walk to Casa de Cervantes. Start from Puerta del Sol, the famous square in Madrid. Head west along Calle Mayor, then turn left onto Calle de la Cruz. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de Santa Ana.
